Constantine, The Flash and Gotham will soon be joining Arrow as DC/WB do on TV what Marvel seem to be doing on film.
Whilst we already know Arrow and The Flash share the same TV universe it is a safe bet to assume (given the different networks) that the DCTV Universe will not include Gotham and Constantine. So, here are my picks for further DCTV projects for the CW and beyond.
A spin-off from Arrow. Felicity and Canary team up to take on the League of Assassins and other terrorist organisations. Heck, if Heroes can be reborn, then why can't the Birds be redone and done better?

This would be my HBO project. Imagine a True Detective style (in tone) TV show with a faceless vigilante having an existential crisis as its lead. Use the Denny O'Neil run as the blueprint for the series and replace Vic Sage with Renee Montoya (taking away the Batman elements from both characters story). Grim, urban and philosophical.
My superhero sitcom project. Yeah, The Tick didn't quite find it's audience (which is a shame), but a sitcom about costumed heroes could work. An ensemble of heroes having fun adventures whilst exploring familar sitcom tropes (relationships, etc) and hilarity could ensue.
