Well, this is the big one. The Demons Head has been cast!

Ra's Al Ghul was hinted at in Arrow in season one. In season two one of his daughters showed up and his name was spoken, But at SDCC '14 it was confirmed that the second best Batman villain ever(!) would be coming to the small screen in Arrow season 3.

Liam Neeson said that he would love to reprise the role but that was never going to happen. But then, yesterday, Stephen Amell announced that Matt Nable would be taking the role.

Is it me or is there a Neeson quality to him?

Arrow has been pretty freaking awesome for the past two seasons, despite some missteps, so I am taking a lot on faith given I am not wholly acquainted with this actor. Given the character, however, if they have got the casting wrong then it will be MASSIVE.
