With the characters appearance being announced at SDCC at the weekend, Deadline reports that second of the three major DC characters set to debut in season three of Arrow has been cast:
J R Ramirez is to play Ted "Wildcat" Grant, who will be a former boxer who now runs a gym for underprivileged youths and will have a pivotal role in Laurel Lance's arc this season. The role has the potential to be recurring.
Ramirez joins Brandon Routh who has been cast as Ray Palmer. So that just leaves the big piece of casting -- Ra's al Ghul -- left to be announced...
