Earlier this month DC/WB announced nine dates for, so far, untitled DC based movies. So this month I am going to takes these dates and give my opinions which properties would be ideal for each release date.
5th August 2016 - Wonder Woman
Spinning out of BvS, Diana is tasked by the Amazons to stop the evil god The First Born from taking over Olympus.
23rd June 2017 - Justice League
Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman are joined by Cyborg and The Flash as Atlantis rises to conquer the entire planet. But whose side is Aquaman on? Loosely based on the Throne of Atlantis comic book arc.
17th November 2017 - Aquaman
Aquaman is an outcast from Atlantis following the events of the Justice League movie. But when a mysterious force from the deep threatens all life the oceans look to its greatest hero.
23rd March 2018 - Shazam
Billy Batson is given the power of Shazam! and immediately becomes the target of the previous wielder of the power, Black Adam.
27th July 2018 - The Batman
Following BvS and Justice League, the Batman has returned from his retirement and faces a different Gotham from the one he remembers. Batman must face a new, dangerous street gang called "The Jokerz" lead by Harley Quinn.
14th June 2019 - Man of Steel 2
Brainiac has come to Earth to obtain the last Kryptonian and it may as well bottle Metropolis whilst it is here.
3rd April 2020 - Suicide Squad
Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Thomas Blake, Scandal Savage lead by Col. Steve Trevor. Meet Task Force X - The Suicide Squad. Recruited by Amanda Waller, the Squad are sent to Santa Prisca to stop the terrorist organisation The Kobra Cult from releasing the Apocalypse Virus in the US.
19th June 2020 - Justice League 2
The Justice League take on Darkseid! The ruler of Apokolips turns his sights on Earth in his quest for the anti-life equation. The human race? They'll make the perfect slaves.
