Arrow has been great for taking some of the lesser known villains of the DCU and bringing them to the DCTVU (though will there now be competition in that regard from The Flash?). Now that season 2 is over, here's my pitch for villains it would be cool to see given the Arrow treatment in season 3.

An actual, bona fide, Green Arrow rogue. If done, and cast right, Ms Cutter could act as an Arrow version of Harley Quinn only obsessed with Arrow and not in love with one of his villains. Cupid could also be one of the rare, non-Big Bad, recurring criminals in the series.

A Batman rogue that was introduced in Batman: Gotham Knights #16 and was not heard again after #17 of that title. Matatoa has an interesting hook that not only creates a worthy adversary physically for Oliver but also psychologically.

Another rare Green Arrow villain. A character who really works in the amalgamated visual/written medium of comics. This would definitely be a one episode wonder for Arrow and it would be insanely cool (in my opinion) if the episode was guest written by Onomatopoeia's creator Mr Kevin Smith (get out there, turkey).

This time a Nightwing antagonist. Lady Vic is a bounty hunter, mercenary and sometime assassin. In the Arrow universe, maybe shr could have ties to Chyna Whyte or the League of Assassins. Lady Vic could be a recurring character and easily positioned as the Arrow version of Catwoman, the bad girl who captures the heart of the grim hero.

Yes, okay, another Batman villain. But to be honest, the Bat has the coolest, deepest rogues gallery in comics so... Anyway, during the course of the last two seasons Arrow has not really gone up against a truly crazy villain in the Joker sense. Stirk could change all of that with his particular brand of creepy madness.
